Health Setbacks for the Busy Exec

In the 90s and 2000s, a good concern, today, not so much.

There are countless more examples, so health setbacks for the busy exec excuse does not weigh much anymore. If you’ve not quite mastered what to do with your travel schedule; some simple ideas include packing your healthy food with you before you leave for the road.

The inconvenience of travel is no longer a setback or excuse.
