Add 25 Years to Your Life by Avoiding Fried Foods

This post would normally speak to a certain ethnic population of people, but thanks to Colonel Sanders, we are speaking to a certain social population.

This goes toward all people who eat everything fried in cooking oils. Fried chicken, fried potatoes, fried hush puppies, and even fried okra.

The problem with frying begins with the oil. Doctors have revealed the moment oil hits the air or oxygen, the oxidation becomes cancerous. This is problem number one in frying food.

Two, depending on what type of oil you use, you could be furthering the affliction.

Three, oils destroy the lining of your arteries, and this is why people develop heart problems, even have heart attacks because the cardiovascular system is being breached. The arteries carry blood from the heart to the rest of the body, delivering oxygen cells to other organs.

In baseball it is three strikes, you’re out, so fried foods is out.

I understand. Make it a special occasion thing because you can add 25 years to your life by tossing out fried food. A study was conducted by geographical area and how people traditionally cook their foods.

In the southern eastern states frying is one of the major forms of cooking. In the midwest, broiling or stewing is more common. The lifespan difference in those two geographical areas was up to 25 years.

As Dr. Joel D. Wallach would say, “add 25 healthful years to your life simply by avoiding fried foods.”
