It makes a lot of sense that if you want to have more energy and keep your vibrant health that you avoid sitting or lying down for long periods of time. To stay active is to health and energy as practicing is for better accuracy and efficiency.

An unfortunate condition we have these days is a job that forces us to sit down in front of computers or desks for long periods of time.

The trick is to get up, move around, jump up and down, squat, go to a private area and shadow box with the air, all these movements can help keep yourself active and moving.

The more you move around the more you keep your blood circulating and this will help keep your energy up so get up and move around like first lady Michelle Obama tells the kids.
